n this November, as stylish guests indulge in the ultimate spectator sport, polo. Paspaley Polo in the City (PITC) will be held in Brisbane on Saturday, 24 November and ticket packages are on sale now.

Now in its seventh year, the PITC series is one of the most highly-anticipated events on the Australian social calendar, showcasing the elite equestrian sport and some of the nation’s top polo players to enthusiastic crowds in Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide and Perth.

In endorsement of this wonderful and ever-popular event, Paspaley Polo in the City was named as one of only three finalists from across the country for the “Best Sporting Event” category of the 2012 Australian Event Awards. This prestigious national award recognises a sporting event that delivers an outstanding experience for competitors, athletes, officials and spectators; and this year the Polo will certainly live up to its award-worthy standards once again.

Paspaley Polo in the City has several tailored ticket packages available now, so that guests can entertain or be entertained in true style. Give your valued clients and partners the VIP treatment and organise a Corporate Marquee. With prices from $3,300, the Corporate Marquee includes a three-metre pagoda, umbrella, trestle and garden tables with linen, garden chairs and the characteristic white picket fencing. You may also add on your choice of catering packages including food, beverages and service.

For a fantastic day with friends, the new Picnic Marquee package includes a three-metre pagoda, trestle table with tablecloth and timber fencing. An $80 per person catering package is also available, including food, beverages and service and you may BYO extra tables and chairs. The Picnic Marquee is priced from $2,750 and can accommodate up to thirty people.

If you would just like to experience the skilful and engaging game of polo in a fun and laidback environment, single tickets are only $66 and will give you access to the Coopers Bar. Relax in the shaded beer garden setting, meet some of the star polo players and enjoy food, Veuve Clicquot and other beverages from the bar.
